What does Yeesha think she's doing? *Spoiler*

What does Yeesha think she's doing? Is she moving things ahead of the DRC, pushing them into opening up the GZ faster than they're doing it? I mean, that IS a book in the Bevin, right? And that's her mandala on it, right? I understand she can break the rules of Linking, but does she have to flaunt it so blatently? Couldn't she have waited for the DRC to say "Ok, the Nexus is ready, here's a link in your Nexus now!"[/spoiler][/spoiler]

Yeesha, I think, knows what is safer for us than the DRC. The Great Zero, the center of our age of D'ni/Earth, is no place that should be held behind bars until some human organization allows us in. The Grower knows what she is doing.

I tthink the DRC got it off Yeesha and then disseminated it.

I wonder why she would put it in the hoods though? I dont know about everyone else, but I don't visit hoods all that often, so i probably would not have found the book if someone hadn't told me about it.

If she wanted to give us GZ links, why not just add a book to our relto shelf? Or to the Nexus? Somewhere obvious?

Yeesha is simply moving the restoration of the true spirit of D'ni ahead of schedule. The DRC is only hoping ot restore only the bones and rubble of D'ni. Their safety first approach hinders what is brought by the true restoration. Yeesha only seeks to bring restoration before the DRC brings Destruction. Destruction is coming! Find a home and make a way!.

Explanation of the Yeesha symbol
[spoiler]A yeesha symbol just means that using the book will add a link in your Relto so you can get there faster, later.[/spoiler]

If only it were entirely true. Yeesha didn't feel obligated to add the one from Gahreesen.

umm... the hood gahreesen book leads to a hood instance, and it doesn't put a book in your relto.

Huh/It's not a bug, it's entirely intended. The hood instance of Gahreesen is purely for picking up a KI...

Yes, but that means she's responsible for that book.

Well, in an IC sense, the DRC don't have the ability to write, so they couldn't possibly provide a book for every single Hood, so it had to be Yeesha.

How is she breaking the rules of linking? This book leads to an instanced version of the GZ that is shared with your neighbors. With the whole instancing situation we are not really sure which similar age we are linking to, but we do know that it is not the same age as the 'main' city is where the 'main' GZ is located. Also, is Bevin an instance or just one of many bevin's scattered around the cavern? Many of these factors must be taken in before we outright accuse Yeesha of breaking the rules.

I think that maybe Laxman and the rest of the DRC went to Yeesha for help so they could meet Cate's deadline.
