So I get to Er'Cana...and it instantly becomes my favorite age. Nice work!

I think just expressing joy at the new age.

We have to do something more than whine on this forum.

Cyan did a remarkable job. Even though I played it in POTS, it's still an awsome place. I'm sure many will enjoy it and I'm sure there is some to come than what we see now..... Just check out the view....

I think it's one of the best designed ages in all of Uru, with great puzzles and a wonderful logical progression through the age, but... I for one think it's hideous.

Whereas some ages, like the recent garden ages, are brilliant looking but feature simple puzzle elements, Er'cana for me, while visually impressive from a technical standpoint, is a total chore to even look at. On the other hand, I love the gameplay in it.

Odd, huh?

Word. The mountain backdrop looked pretty nice to me for being a static picture...that didn't move you at all?

I liked the canyons section as well. The inside of the factory, eh, I could do without that so much.

Perspective. So far, I haven't found anything about the Age that I don't like. Except for that Blue Screen of Death... First time I've ever had my comp dump it's physical memory and reboot...

yup, agreed... in my opinion Ercana together with Teledahn are the best designed ages of Uru;and that goes for it all, looks, puzzles and originality.

Actually, the mountains are modeled geometry (albeit simple geometry at that). ;)

Which, IMHO, makes a huge difference. They look magnificent.
