There could be an issue for some mac clients when running the patcher. If you find that the patcher is stalling (hanging) close it out and run it again.
If you find you are still experiencing this issue when launching the patcher again, please download the new mac client from www.mystonline.com/demo.html and run it. Once this process has been done, you should not run across this issue when running the patcher in the future.
If you continue to have problems after trying both of these methods, please contact Customer Support via the Support tab at the top of this page.
