There are three pieces of something that may fit together in the second room..I was playing around with them and then the sounds changed as the pieces got closer together in a specific spot..Maybe we are supposed to put them back together somehow?

Weird indeed.
Well, maybe it's been put there for a further use on a new update. That's interesting though

While fascinating, and perhaps warranting further investigation, all I see are a couple of Maintainer's markers and the helmet to a Maintainer's suit. My first instinct is to say that you simply found a bug. An admittedly intriguing and even somewhat amusing bug, but nonetheless, I don't think it was entirely intentional.

Hmm... I think you're hearing the "gear noise" and it may be that you've simply collected the parts in a place where that's loudest. An interesting thing about noises in MOUL is that what you hear is based on where the camera is, not the avatar, so in third person view a sound is usually louder when you're facing away from its source.

I just checked my own Gahreesen in that spot with the volume pumped up to 100 to check for the sound. It's not the power gear making it. I didn't hear anything in that spot at all beyond my own footsteps. Going to check another Gahreesen next...

Sounds to me like one of the objects might still be "moving". I have had these kinds of glitches before.

well, I tried getting the three objects in conjunction with each other- but nothing makes any sound close to what I'm hearing in the video. I'll do a dive into the sound files next, but its probably like Jamie says, and it's just the sound of one of the objects repeating.

If it is any of them, it's probably the maintainer puck- the helmet is too loud and the spike doesn't make a sound at all as far as I can tell.

That sound is the puck's moving sound. It seems to think it's still being moved. All three objects can make sounds.

The sound is pMetalStn_SlideLp03.wav

The objects are all colliding in weird ways. No puzzle here, move along, move along

Sometimes if you get cones just right, they sound like they are moving very loudly.

In the offline game I had a game stick in my rear left speaker for most of an age.
